Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us before sending it back so that we can provide the correct return instructions.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in their original condition
  • Be returned with any original packaging, labels, and tags attached
  • Be free from stains, perfumes, odours, damage, or other signs of use

As our scarves are fashion accessories, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue. We will review the matter promptly and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or supplied in error, we will cover any reasonable return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return relates to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item.

Exchanges

If you would like a different colour, style, or product, please contact us before placing a new order. Exchanges may be available depending on stock availability.
